Germany will continue strengthening its partnership with natural-disaster prone Indonesia by further developing a tsunami early warning system in the country, Transportation Minister E.E. Mangindaan said on Wednesday.
He said that the Indonesia Early Warning System (InaTEWS), partly supported by the German government, had played a key role in protecting coastal communities in Indonesia.
Your comments:
The German government will have to send over engineers and security personnel, because of poor maintenance and stealing of the system parts.

For the Germans, this is waste of money because after three years it doesn’t work due to a lack of maintenance and technical knowledge.
