Pardi, who works as a watch and lighter repairer, carries his tools and goods through the Jembatan Besi area in West Jakarta on Wednesday. He charges between Rp 5,000 and Rp 15,000 to repair a watch, including replacing batteries, depending on the availability of spare parts and the degree of wear and tear, and charges Rp 3,000 to refill and repair lighters.
