A- A A+

Paper Edition | Page: 8

Your greetings to your Muslim friends, relatives and loved ones, who were celebrating Idul Fitri, the most anticipated holiday in the country:

I want to say happy Idul Fitri to my friends in South Kalimantan, my lecturers at the English department of Lambung Mangkurat University, and all of The Jakarta Post’s readers.

I apologize to you all if I have made any mistakes.

Mahyuddin Noor

As Muslims all over the world celebrate Idul Fitri, I would like to send my greetings to my relatives and friends in Palembang, my colleagues at state-owned senior vocational schools: SMKN 2 and SMKN 4
Pangkalpinang, Tidar English course Pangkalpinang, and all Muslims all over the world.

Happy Idul Fitri 1433 H.

Fitri Nurjanah

Happy Idul Fitri 1433 H. to my mum Hj. Amnah Zainy in Pasar Minggu, my family in Jatiasih, brothers and sister, relatives, friends, colleagues and The Jakarta Post’s readers who are celebrating this holiday.

May Allah give His blessing to us and Indonesia so in freedom we can do good for mankind and make
Indonesia a prosperous country where its people live in harmony and unity. Then we will become the great nation we should be.

Eddy Arjuna Zainy

Allow me to extend my sincere greetings to The Jakarta Post’s readers at home and abroad.

May we witness Indonesia grow together, to the point where our concerned ministries make a detour for the sake of the poor.

Happy Lebaran.

For most Jakartans or those “coming home” to Jakarta, these days Jakarta is paradise to drive cars or visiting places they miss.

Hopefully Jakarta’s criminals have also left for mudik.

Happy Idul Fitri Jakartans, for those who are Muslim.

Widya

To all Muslims all over the world, Happy Idul Fitri, 1433 H, let us forgive each other and keep our friendship and unity.

For Muslims in Indonesia, celebrate with families and friends back home, and be careful on the roads. Congestion is the beautiful part of this period, so enjoy it with smile.

I extend my greetings to all. Minal aidhin walfaizhin.
