People gather after a section of the ramp of the Yangmingtan Bridge collapsed, in Harbin in northeast China's Heilongjiang province on Friday. Four trucks fell off the highway bridge when it collapsed in the morning, killing three people and injuring five others, according to local state media. The bridge was only opened to traffic in November. (AP)
