AKARTA: Model and TV persona Nadya Hutagalung has been named one of the top three most responsible celebrities in the International Green Awards, beating out famous Hollywood stars, including George Clooney and Penelope Cruz.
The 38-year-old will compete with environmental activist Livia Firth, who is the wife of actor Colin Firth, and the US actor, Ian Somerhalder, who stars in the popular series Lost and Vampire Diaries, in The International Green Awards Most Responsible Celebrity.
The former MTV host has been nominated, among other reasons, for her role in a green school in Bali, where she is a board member.
The winner will be announced in November in London.
