I hope it works, but I doubt it will. As long as people still think of Shiite communities as enemies and government does nothing, they will continue to live in danger.

Shiites have the right to ask for UN help. There’s no teaching in Islam forcing religious conversion and there never will be.
This is bluntly written in the Koran. Shiites have the right to have their “own” religion, but don’t tinker with Islam.
