JAKARTA: Rock band /rif says they are not afraid their fame will decline with the emergence of new musicians in various genres.
Vocalist Andi said they would not stop playing music because it was their passion.
“Why should we give up? We just love playing music, and those who don’t like our music don’t have to listen to it,” he said as quoted by kapanlagi.com.
Andi said the band could not turn to other genres and play music other than rock.
“We haven’t been able to play any other genre but rock for 18 years. If we see so many genres appear, that’s fine. The industry will be more vibrant,” he said.
