ctress Acha Septriasa is returning to the silver screen to play Poppie in the movie, Bangun Lagi Dong Lupus (Wake up Again, Lupus).
Appearing as a high school student, the 23-year-old said she was very nervous during filming.
“I was nervous, but after a while I managed to relax around the younger cast members. Acting alongside them was refreshing,” she said as quoted by tempo.co.
In the movie, she plays opposite Miqdad Auddausy, who stars as Lupus, and Kevin Julio as Daniel.
Besides her scenes with the younger performers, Acha also had the chance to play opposite senior actors, such as Didi Petet, Deddy Mizwar and Ira Maya Sopha.
Bangun Lagi Dong Lupus was written by Hilman Hariwijaya, directed by Benni Setiawan and produced by comedian-turned-House of Representatives lawmaker Eko Patrio.
It will be released in cinemas on April 4.
