he Indonesian Military (TNI) and the National Police (Polri), are beefing up security in readiness for the upcoming third Senior Officials Meeting at the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (SOM 3 APEC) summit slated for June 22 to July 6 in Medan, North Sumatra.
As part of the preparations, the Polri and TNI held a terrorism simulation at the Medan mayor’s office yard on Wednesday. Around 110 personnel took part in the simulation.
