The people of Indonesia, especially in Jakarta will appreciate that the Presidential work unit set up the accounts.

That would be great as long as the unit could accept all the complaints of the people as well as the implementation of the solutions.

Hopefully, it is not only in the media where the complaints of the members have no answer/ solution.

It is effective, indeed. The effect is that the government ' in this case the President or his work unit ' will immediately figure out what people want or complain about.

The danger is, however, that the response to any complaint will only be in the form of texts, emails or tweets. No action as always.

I must be totally ignorant to realize that the Presidential work unit has just started to set up the public popular communication to keep the eyes and ears of our President open to public complaints.

Nevertheless, it is better late than never; for in this way there will be a readily constant conduit between Jakarta and any position between Sabang and Merauke.

I simply cannot help thinking that this communication between the very bottom and the utmost top has been deliberately ignored; if not rigidly censored! Poor SBY!

Your insistence to communicate with your people directly is your right and obligation; it is in fact
commendable!

There will always be time to improve our shortcomings for we will never cease to be members of the freedom fighters.

After almost two months of sending SMS complaints of certain public services,
I didn't find any change.

I'm afraid the same thing will happen with the SMS services of the Presidential work unit. Let's wait and see.
