ot having enough time is often the excuse given for bailing out of appointments or activities.

Juggling family and work, time can feel like the ultimate limited resource, but as busy as you are, there are extra minutes hiding in your day that you can use to for physical exercise.

Whoever said dancing wasn't an exercise obviously never exercised. Today, dancing is the most common form of exercise among women. One word that comes to my mind when I think of the word dance is 'Bollywood'!

Bollywood is not just an art, but can also be classified as a work out. Wherever you are, Bollywood dance online studios are easily accessible.

My Bollywood Studio (mybollywoodstudio.com) is an online dance studio based in the US, where you can access Bollywood dance moves on your laptop or tablet just by visiting the website. With a style taught by experienced Bollywood teachers, the website provides a range of Indian dances from bhangra to khatak. It allows you to choose the teacher, the level of dance from beginner to advance and the type of dance. With a simple click you can rent and preview the class and begin your work out.

If Monday doesn't work for you, you can always consider the other six days of the week, as each renting session lasts for a week and costs US$2.99 per session. There's another option of unlimited viewing of all classes for $9.95 per month, or a yearly price of $85.

The website also provides tips and useful information through other social media platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Flickr. The website provides biographies of the instructors and a 'question and answer' system that helps you choose the best dance routine for you.

Apart from its online studio, My Bollywood Studio also provides event services. This allows the event team to participate in events from weddings to birthday parties, however this is limited to the US only, but with the online studio you can learn dance routines just you the way you like it.

Another online studio is Doonya Bollywood Dance & Fitness (doonya.com). This is also based in the US, mainly in Washington DC and New York, but you don't have to be in those cities to get access to these exotic dance moves. The Doonya website provides videos by the instructors ' from beginner to advance level.

Doonya offers a wide range of dances, inspired by the latest Bollywood songs, and the website provides modern dance styles including pop bhangra, village celebration styles, classical conditioning and Bolly-pop. Dumbbells and Fitness balls are just a few pieces of gym equipment used for Doonya dance routines.

One of the aims of Doonya ' according to the website ' is to 'develop an understanding of how to combine the movements with major muscle groups for a perfect Doonya routine'.

The videos available on the website are just a click away. The site allows you to sign up and view more videos by Doonya instructors. Apart from the dance videos, Doonya also provides a blog, which offers all kinds of health tips from easy Indian recipes, home made recipes to cute work out outfits. Doonya also provides a one-to-one advice session with the instructors and the tips are delivered straight to your inbox.

Who knew physical exercise could lead to a business idea?

Legendary American dancer and choreographer Martha Graham once said 'great dancers are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion'.
