Text your say: Susno avoids jail

Y

em>Your comments on the court documentation errors that have led graft convict Comr. Gen. (ret.) Susno Duadji and his lawyers to resist prosecutors'€™ attempts to put him in jail:

I agree that he be declared a fugitive.

He is resisting arrest and all those found to have conspired to hide this criminal should be charged with criminal offenses.

I would suggest freezing his assets and the assets of his family/wives.

Deddy K.

Mr. Duadji, you are worse than a criminal!

You know you are wrong, turn yourself in and face the penalty like a real man. If not here on earth, hell is ready for you. No joke!

Anto

The judges must be fired for their mistake in not typing clearly the punishment for Susno. Susno mentions Article 192:1(k) that stipulates the punishment must be written.

The failure to mention the punishment is the judges'€™ fault. Uphold the law please.

Susno reaps what he sows: his fall will come after his pride. He is the cicak (house lizard) dragged into the hall of shame.

What'€™s happening in the case of Susno is a further nosedive in the performance of Indonesia'€™s law enforcers.
