Being a large archipelago, Indonesia can easily afford to accommodate the Environmentally Sustainable Transport (EST) Forum in Nusa Dua, Bali, which has recommended a vehicle-quota system to help achieve Zero Congestion, Pollution and Accidents.

We can achieve this EST goal by introducing more comfortable mass transportation systems in crowded cities, the schedules of which could be synchronized to the needs of school children and that of city employees.

The use of urban electric trams is the most exciting and the cleanest as far as pollution is concerned. Hanging gardens around the shelters would complete the comfort of passengers.
