We are fooling ourselves if we think we are being 'tough' by imposing harsh sentences on drug mules.
The sad truth is that there is an endless supply of mules waiting to take the risk.
We will only succeed in the war on drugs when we seriously attack the kingpins. Until then, they will continue to laugh at us from their mansions.

release.
