Wouldn't it be better to use military cargo planes instead of normal economy-class equipped planes?
Usually, it is not pleasant to see the state of planes after the haj period. KLM used to have special Indian cleaners on board flights to and from India to keep toilets clean, which was a mammoth task for them during flights.
