utspoken member of the House of Representatives Sutan Bhatoegana of the Democratic Party called for the disbandment of the House ethics council for naming him one of the laziest lawmakers.
"It's a lie. I will make a complaint to the council. It should be disbanded," Sutan told reporters.
Sutan also denied that he often allowed fellow Democratic Party lawmakers to sign the list of attendance on his behalf.
The House ethics council released a partial list of House member attendance; Sutan was recorded as skipping 75 percent of the House's sessions.
"I am a faction leader, commission leader, how can I skip the sessions?" Sutan said.
