AKARTA: During the filming process for 308, which tells the story of Nyai Roro Kidul (the legendary queen of the South Sea), actress Shandy Aulia got sick.

'I got sick because I was exhausted after a very long filming process,' she said as quoted by kapanlagi.com.

Shandy said she did not do any rituals during the filming despite many mystical stories related to the legendary goddess.

'Nyai Roro Kidul is a popular legend, we all know that. We also know that in room 308 we can't do this and that, but I take it only as culture, tradition. So, no rituals,' she said.

She said she only prayed that the process would go well and focused on her acting.
