idy, vocalist of the band Vierratale, says she always goes for regular health check-ups on account of her irregular work schedule.
'I just went for a health check-up, and luckily everything is good,' she said as quoted by kapanlagi.com.
In addition, Widy also commits to regular exercise and keeps maintains a healthy diet.
'I have been going to the gym since high school, but not regularly. Now, I'm trying to stay committed and I feel good now, my body feels tight,' she said.
