Sir Alex has done so many good things in MU, most notably his 38 trophies.

What we can learn from him is actually simple, especially for our government, just be helpful toward our citizens like Sir Alex did for his players.

He didn't care about money, he just cared about trophies, something that our government must learn, instead of seeking money, why don't they look out for our citizens?

It was just a matter of luck. If Alex Ferguson had to lead, let's say, the Indonesian soccer team, I'm sure he would fail.

Sir Alex Ferguson has been very successful managing Manchester United for more than 26 years.

At the age of 71 although still at the top of his career he decided to step down to be replaced by a younger man.

It is better to say goodbye while you are still at the top than resigning when you are moving downward.

We can learn from the leadership of Sir Alex Ferguson of Manchester United about how he made soccer become an exciting spectacle. Many people didn't want to miss watching his team playing.

Sir Alex Ferguson is a humble person who, sometimes could act as a father, a close friend and a leader for all players. He was very professional when he trained his players.

For me, Sir Alex was the perfect soccer coach.

Therefore, Indonesian coaches (not only in soccer) can learn from the leadership of Sir Alex Ferguson so that there will be progress within Indonesian soccer.
