Why do Americans not build their houses to withstand a tornado? Concrete cement inverted air-foil dome-like village roofing should suffice to make the tornadoes pass without causing too much damage.
The inverted air-foil shape concrete adds to the weight of the roofing when the tornado passes by; keeping the people underneath relatively safe from flying debris; as well as the chance of getting sucked into the air by the tornado.
Boeing and Lockheed aeronautical engineers would be happy to help in the air-foil roofing design; the idea of which is to push down the roofing instead of blowing it away with the tornado or whirlwind.
