he Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned Bandung Mayor Dada Rosada for the sixth time to question him as a witness in a bribery case.
'This is follow-up questioning,' Dada said as quoted by kompas.com at KPK headquarters in Kuningan, Jakarta, on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, KPK spokesman Johan Budi said that Dada's multiple questioning sessions would not necessarily mean that the mayor would become a suspect.
The case in question revolves around a bribe that was allegedly accepted by a Bandung District Court judge, Setyabudi Tejocahyono.
The KPK arrested the chairman of mass organization Gasibu Pajajaran, Toto Hutagalung, as a follow-up to the investigation into the case. Toto is known to be a close personal friend of Dada.
The KPK has also named Toto's aide, Asep Triana, and Bandung Asset and Finance Management head Hery Nurhayat as suspects.
