The Indonesian Composite Index (IHSG) climbed 3.32 percent to 4,760.7 during the final trading session on Friday.
248 stocks moved up, 46 down and 52 remained unchanged according to Kontan.co.id.
Transaction volume was at 5.570 billion worth Rp 7.909 trillion.
Nine sectors were in the green with the leading three finance industry 4.52 percent, construction 4.2 percent and basic industries 4.08 percent.
The top gainers were PT Centrin Online Tbk (CENT) up by 21.15 percent to Rp 315, PT Wahana Pronatural Tbk (WAPO) 18.07 percent to Rp 98 and PT Pelangi Indah Canindo Tbk (PICO) 17.78 percent to Rp 265.
