The Indonesian Composite Index (IHSG) went up by 1.41 percent to 4,841.93 during Tuesday's first trading session.
There were six million lots being traded and they equaled Rp 3.8 trillion, according to a report by kontan.co.id.
The top gainers were TLKM with 4.33 percent, UNVR 3.63 percent, BBCA 2.01 percent, BBRI 1.91 percent and PGAS 2.78 percent, while the top losers were GEMS with 15.79 percent decline, INDF 2.92 percent, ARII 25 percent, SMGR 0.84 percent and MPPA 3.31 percent.
