AKARTA: Designer and comedian Robby Tumewu has been hospitalized at the Pondok Indah Hospital in South Jakarta after having a stroke.

'€œSince he was brought here on Thursday, he has been unconscious,'€ Robby'€™s nephew, Andre, said as quoted by kompas.com.

Robby, the star of the Lenong Rumpi comedy show, underwent brain surgery a week before he was hospitalized.

'€œOm Robby underwent surgery because of a brain hemorrhage. The doctor said he would be in a critical period for a week, but even before a week had passed, he has suffered another attack,'€ Andre said.

Robby suffered similar stroke attack two years ago.
