Wings Air has launched a new flight route, connecting Batam in Riau Islands and Tanjung Pandan in Bangka Belitung province, to meet the growing demand for flights in the two regions.
In a press statement sent to The Jakarta Post on Wednesday, Wings Air said the new route would start operating on June 26 and would serve passengers three times a week.
Flights from Batam will depart at 4:15 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, while flights from Tanjung Pandan will leave at 6:40 a.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
