he Gambir Central Station chief, Edy Kuswoyo, has said train tickets for all destinations and classes a week ahead of the Idul Fitri holiday are now sold out.
'We will operate 35 trains every day starting from Aug. 1, including nine additional trains,' said Edy at his office on Saturday, as quoted by tribunnews.com.
Edy said the favorite destinations remained various locations in East and Central Java.
'Yogyakarta and Solo are among the most favorite destinations,' said Edy.
According to the latest estimates, more than 5 million people will travel, mostly to their hometowns, during the upcoming Idul Fitri holiday. (apt/dic)
