he Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) declared Gas RegulatorySpecial Task Force (SKK Migas) chief Rudi Rubiandini a suspect on briberycharges on Wednesday.
'We have enough evidence of graft in the case and therefore have upgraded the inquiry to an investigation,' KPK deputy chief Bambang Widjojanto said on Wednesday as quoted by tribunnews.com.
Two people working for a private company have also been named suspects. They have been identified only as S and A.
The KPK arrested Rudi at house on Tuesday night and confiscated U$700,000 that he reportedly accepted on two separate occasions.(apt/dic)
