'We will send the letter right away,' Dhani said without elaborating further on Friday as quoted by tribunnews.com.
He said he could not accept the insurance company's refusal based on his son having violated the law by driving a car without a license.
Dhani said the company had drawn a premature conclusion because up to this date no one, including the police had declared that his son, identified as AQJ or Dul, was guilty of the fatal pile up.(hrl/dic)
