ri Dianto, a loyalist to former Democratic Partychairman Anas Urbaningrum, has refused to answer a summons sent by theCorruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
Tri, who was summoned as a witness in the Hambalang graft case, which implicates Anas, failed to show up for questioning on Friday.
KPK spokesman Johan Budi said the KPK would soon be sending another summons to Tri, who currently serves as chairman of the Democratic Party's Cilacap branch in Central Java.
Earlier, Tri had expressed his anger after the KPK sent copies of the summons to the home addresses of all his three wives.
'The summons were sent to the homes of all my wives. This has disrupted my domestic privacy,' Tri said as quoted by tribunnews.com.
On Thursday, the KPK detained former youth and sports minister Andi Mallarangeng for his alleged role in the Hambalang graft scandal.
