A boy, identified as D, 20, had raped his 15-year-old sister three times since August.
Their parents, Yus, 47, and Mar, 46, reported their son to the Kebun Jeruk sub-precinct police, West Jakarta on Wednesday night after the victim reported her wounded genitalia.
'According to our daughter, her brother had raped her three times in three different places since August,' said Yus on Wednesday, as quoted by beritajakarta.com.
West Jakarta Police chief Comr. Sutoyo said that he had handed over the case to the police's Women and Children Protection Unit (PPA) because the victim was still underage.
The head of West Jakarta police PPA Adj. Comr. Slamet said that the rape took place once at their house in Kedoya, West Jakarta, and twice in a hotel in Tangerang.
'The suspect had threatened the victim to keep quiet. She was afraid because her brother got drunk very often,' Slamet said
