eputy Mayor Usmar Hariman said his administration wouldcurb residential cluster development, which he said had violated themunicipality's spatial planning.
'Over the past 15 years there had been drastic changes in land use and spatial planning due to uncontrolled development. Bogor is supposed to be a comfortable resort,' he said on Thursday at a seminar on sustainable development at the Bogor Legislative Council.
He said that there was an opening for investigators with the bureaucracy specialized in spatial planning. 'The key to a sustainable development in Bogor is law enforcement. I will start working on the spatial planning audit after the official inauguration in April next year,' Usman said.
