ll political parties except the Indonesian DemocraticParty of Struggle (PDI-P) were secretive about their financial reports, according to the Central Information Commission (KIP).

From the 12 parties contesting the 2014 elections, only the PDI-P was willing to be assessed by the KIP in a public institution transparency study.

The study, conducted between Oct. 7 and Dec. 4, assessed the level of transparency of institutions at the national and regional level using self-assessment questionnaires. '€œFrom the 12 political parties we gave the questionnaire to, only one submitted an answer,'€ KIP chairman Abdulhamid Dipopramono said during the 2013 Public Information Transparency Awards at the Vice President'€™s Office on Thursday.
