Akil suspected of drug possession

he National Narcotics Agency (BNN) has named formerConstitutional Court chief justice Akil Mochtar a suspect for the possession ofdrugs.
BNN spokesman Sumirat Dwiyanto said that the decision was made on Friday and was based on drug test taken by Akil.
'He [Akil] will also be questioned soon,' Sumirat said as quoted by tribunnews.com.
BNN investigators earlier found that the DNA profile discovered on the drugs found in Akil's office had matched that of the disgraced former justice.
Akil was earlier been named a suspect in multiple bribery cases by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
