The city police have suspended the three-in-one traffic regulation as of Monday due to the inundation on many streets.
The traffic directorate's deputy head at city police headquarters, Adj. Sr. Comr. Sambodo Purnomo, said the suspension would last until road conditions returned to normal.
'The system is not effective if the streets on which the system is enforced are inundated,' he said.
