Former Banten deputy governor Irna Narulita Dimyati, who ran for deputy governor in the election, told the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) that she could present evidence to back up her allegation.
'I have presented a statement and evidence to the KPK,' Rina told reporters on Monday after undergoing questioning at KPK headquarters.
The KPK is now looking into possible election fraud that resulted in Atut's victory in 2011.
The Banten General Elections Commission (KPUD) declared Ratu Atut and her running mate, Rano Karno, the winners in the province's gubernatorial election after garnering more than 49.5 percent of the vote. The pairing of Wahidin Halim and Irna came in second with 36.39 percent of the vote.
