roperty sales in Indonesia will decline in 2014 due to theeconomic and political dynamics resulting from the 2014 general election,property consultant Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) says.

Residential and office properties would be hardest hit, JLL head of research Anton Sitorus said as quoted by Kontan.co.id .

'€œThe launch of new projects will also decline compared to last year,'€ Anton said.

Meanwhile, JLL head of strategic consulting Vivin Harsanto said that developers would likely postpone projects that had not yet secured financing,
