The building houses Radar Sulteng newspaper and Radar TV television station, which are both run under the Jawa Pos group established by tycoon and Minister of State Enterprises Dahlan Iskan.
Palu Police Chief Adj. Sr. Comr. Trisno Rahmadi has yet to determine the type of homemade bomb and motives behind the bombing.'Our officers are still investigating.'
Trisno said the building's security guard saw two minivans pass the building just before the incident.
Radar Sulteng chief editor Kamil Badrun said the newspaper did not fear being terrorized or intimidated.
This was the second bombing to jolt the building. The first one occurred in November last year.
