These were house dogs not strays and even if they were they could be vaccinated and there is no threat to anyone with rabies. It was not the dogs fault.

The owner tried to negotiate to free the dogs, but she had to watch her dogs die. She did film everything though. The truth isn'€™t like what the paper stated.
