C. Jakarta schools lack permits, students to sit UN elsewhere

S

tudents from 14 junior high schools in Central Jakarta will be forcedto sit their national exams at other schools due to their own lacking permits.

Junior high school national examinations will be held across Indonesia from May 5 to 8.

"Schools must renew their school permits every five years. These 14 schools cannot hold the national exams because they haven't extended their permits," head of the Central Jakarta Elementary Education Agency, Sujadiono, said as quoted by tribunnews, com on Saturday.

He further added that 13 of those schools did not extend their permits, while one had already expired.
