The chairman of the Hanura Party, Wiranto, has confirmed that Hary Tanoesoedibjo, the president and CEO of Media Nusantara Citra (MNC) Group, will resign from the party.
The former Indonesian Military commander admitted Hary's resignation was related to the latter's support for the Prabowo Subianto-Hatta Rajasa candidate pair in the upcoming presidential election.
