The people of Jakarta, the people of Indonesia, must stand up against all forms of corruption, say no to all attempts at extortion and report every instance.
I make a point of asking the name of every official I deal with before I start ' once everyone adopts that policy and reports anyone asking ' overtly or covertly, for a 'fee' to facilitate a request and that action is taken against such officials so that the public can see the benefits of standing up to corruption, then, and only then, will the culture change
