The promoter for Korean boyband SHINee's concert in Jakarta said that it had met all requirements for the event slated to be held on June 22, kapanlagi.com reported.
'All documents required have been completed,' said Trina from Synergism Entertainment on Wednesday. She added some officials from SM Entertainment, SHINee's management, had arrived in Jakarta to supervise the construction of the stage at Mata Elang International Stadium (MEIS) in Ancol, North Jakarta.
Acting Jakarta governor Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama said on Wednesday that MEIS management had not acquired a business license since its establishment in 2012. The statement had sparked rumors about a possible cancellation of the SHINee World III Concert. Jakarta would be the only Southeast Asian country on the five-piece boyband's world tour.
