The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) fell by 1
The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) fell by 1.66 percent during lunchtime on Friday to 5,013.44.
The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) data showed 190 traded stocks went down during the midday trading session while 66 stocks were unchanged and 86 stocks strengthened, kontan.co.id reported.
Shares in every sector traded on the IDX were on a negative note by 12:00 p.m. on Friday with the miscellaneous industry falling 2.97 percent, the sector recording the biggest fall.
PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia, PT Rig Tenders and PT Bekasi Fakar Industrial Estate were the LQ45 index's biggest losers at noon.
Meanwhile, the index's highest gainers included PT Bank Dinas Indonesia, PT Sitara Propertindo and PT Asiaplast Industries. (nfo)
