JAKARTA: Celebrity couple Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina, who is better known as Gigi, will tie the knot on Oct. 17, which is also Gigi's birthday.
Raffi said after that discussing the matter with Gigi, they decided they wanted a simple wedding that combined Sundanese and Javanese styles.
'I am from Bandung and Gigi has Javanese blood. So the solution is to combine the two,' he said as quoted by tribunnews.com.
Raffi said the couple, who became engaged only on Saturday, was currently busy preparing the wedding.
'We fight quite a lot when we talk about the wedding preparations, but I think it is only normal for people getting married to argue,' he said.
However, Raffi added that arguing had drawn them closer.
