Guess what?: Kelly experiences real pain in new movie

J

AKARTA: Actress and model Kelly Tandiono said she was not acting being hurt in the foot massage scenes in her new movie Negeri Tanpa Telinga (The Country Without Ears), which stars T. Rifnu Wikana as a foot masseur for corrupt politicians.

'€œI had real pain for the massage scenes. Rifnu had to take serious massage training for the part, so when he put pressure on sensitive points on my foot, it was really painful,'€ Kelly was quoted as saying by kompas.com in Jakarta.

Kelly, who plays a high-caliber lobbyist in the new movie, which was directed by Lola Amaria and premiers this week, said that all the actors felt real pain during their massage scenes with Rifnu.

'€œWe all considered the massage scenes as torture, because the pain was serious,'€ said the actress, who is known for her work in Loe Gue End (released in 2012) and Street Society (2014).
