Their ID cards were confiscated within the past week.
'Only one of the 53 visitors was a Jakarta resident. The rest were tourists from outside the province,' Tamansari district head Paris Limbong said on Tuesday, as quoted by beritajakarta.com.
The 53 visitors were later forced to sign a statement, promising that they would not litter the streets again.
