ecuring a top place at Sepang, Malaysia, two weeks ago, has boosted Indonesia's karting driver M. Senna Noor ahead of this weekend's race at Sentul International Circuit in Bogor, West Java.
'Like in Malaysia, tough opponents will be those from Malaysia, Japan and Thailand. I will not squander the opportunity of having home support. Racing at home is an advantage too dear to miss,' he said in a media release.
At Sepang, which coincided with Indonesia's 69th independence anniversary, the KratingDaeng Riser Shadaff Motorsport driver showed impressive form in the fourth series of the Asian Max Challenge (AMC) to win the DD2 division, followed by Malaysian driver Melvin Moh and Ricky Tanioka of Japan.
He registered the fastest time of 49:06.067 in 20 laps.
The Sentul race will feature the fourth series in the Rotax Max Challenge (RMC), with several other home competitors including Senna's siblings Barrichello and Sergio in the Rotax Junior and Micro Max division respectively.
