JAKARTA: Actor and TV presenter Deva Mahenra says he wants to focuses on building a career and put relationships on the back burner for a while.
'I don't want to get married yet. I will make my career as the first priority,' Deva said as quoted by tempo.co in Jakarta. 'Besides, I don't have a girlfriend yet.'
The 24-year-old said that he wanted to make his family proud and leave finding his soulmate to God. 'You only get the soulmate you deserve, so I need to make sure I deserve her,' said the actor, who admitted he had been single for two years.
Deva's latest feature film, titled Aku, Kau dan KUA, was released last week. It tells the story of young friends helping a friend prepare her wedding.
