Megawati declined to attend the inaugurations of Yudhoyono in 2004 and 2009.
She wore a white-and-red dress during Monday's inauguration.
Hamzah Haz, Megawati's former vice president, was also in attendance, as was Baharuddin Jusuf Habibie, the country's third president. (alz)
