Better service Better service: A prospective passenger purchases a Transjakarta e-ticket at a shelter in Harmoni, Central Jakarta on Monday. In observance of National Heroes Day and in line with the launching of its new logo, Transjakarta charged only Rp 10 per person to passengers using electronic tickets. The city-owned company has done the same thing during other events, including the city’s anniversary, to attract more residents to take public transportation instead of using motorcycles and cars.
